With over 8 years of expertise in data-driven marketing and product research, I have consistently driven successful CX transformations across diverse industries. As a Senior CX Strategist at Konabos, I bridge the gap between technology's capabilities and extraordinary customer experiences. Recognized globally as a CX Leader, my impact is rooted in delivering tangible results and fostering customer-centricity. Being selected as a Digital Experience MVP would amplify my commitment to shaping the future of CX, emphasizing innovation and the pursuit of excellence.
Contributions you have made in the Digital Experience (DX) community online and in-person (i.e., blog posts, podcasts, webinars, encouraged others to join)?
In the Digital Experience (DX) space, I believe true progress lies at the intersection of knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and challenging the status quo. Beyond my project work, I am driven to shape the future of DX by actively contributing to the community. I speak as a guest lecturer at institutions such as the American University of Dubai, Heriot-Watt University, Curtin University, OCAD Design, Humber College, Bentley University, and many more, aiming to ignite a passion for CX in students and empower them to become the next generation of leaders. My role on the CXPA Diversity and Inclusion Committee allows me to embed inclusivity into CX initiatives, ensuring that diverse voices are represented in the evolving landscape of digital experiences. I am also a co-host of the "Digital Customer Experience" series, where we discuss technology, marketing, and everything in between in the most simplified way. Through more than 30 podcast appearances, including CX Passport and The Customer Experience Podcast, as well as my contributions to publications like CXPA, CMSWire, and CXM Magazine, I strive to shift industry perspectives and spark meaningful conversations about the future of digital experiences. My focus is not just on sharing expertise but on fostering a culture of curiosity and innovation. Recognitions such as being a CX Leader of the Year Finalist in 2023 and a Top 10 CXMStar in 2024 are testaments to the impact of my efforts. These accolades, however, are only a part of my story—I am driven by a deeper purpose of guiding businesses to craft exceptional digital experiences that resonate with their customers and leave a lasting impact.
What encouraging words would you like to share with those new to the community and perhaps new in their career?
You are different, and that's your greatest strength. Embrace your uniqueness and share your opinions—they enrich our community. Remember, never give up. Every challenge is a chance to grow, so don't hesitate to try new things. Curiosity is an underrated superpower; let it drive you to ask questions and seek knowledge. Your journey is just beginning, and you have the potential to make a meaningful impact.
