Provide a short summary of why you should be selected by the community as a Digital Experience MVP
My goal in the digital experience community is to help bridge the gap that has grown between software developers or technically minded people and the digital marketers and business folks they support. As someone with a technical background, I feel that DX and martech have become too focused on technical goals and stopped supporting marketing and commercial ones. I want to see these perspectives become less siloed, help build relationships and communication between groups, and elevate the traditional CMS/DXP developer to the role of "martech engineer" and re-focus their abilities on creating great solutions for digital marketers and commercial teams.

What encouraging words would you like to share with those new to the community and perhaps new in their career?
Ask questions because there are many experienced and knowledgeable people that are eager to share their insights Explore the DX vendor/product ecosystem because there are lots of products for different use cases that can be used and combined in creative ways Participate in DX related discussions in the Slack organization or on Linked, because a diversity of opinions is healthy for the community Look for local or virtual events to attend to build your network giving you opportunities to branch out in your skillsets and career
