Provide a short summary of why you should be selected by the community as a Digital Experience MVP
Starting as a marketer who had to learn development, I've spent the last 20 years building digital experiences in one form or another. Touching technical, design, and strategy aspects has given me a broad view of what digital experience means, and I've applied this in the education, tech, and hospitality industries. Over the past year, I've dedicated more time to boost the community by hosting a webinar series for The DX Community, mentoring young professionals, and supporting multiple successful job searches. My goals for the next year include evangelizing the importance of strategic digital experience to the C-suite.

What encouraging words would you like to share with those new to the community and perhaps new in their career?
Regardless of difficulties due to current business and economic cycles, the importance of digital experience is only going to grow as time goes on. The world is moving inexorably towards digital in all aspects of our life. Creating a better world is going to rest on a foundation of excellent, human-centered digital experience, and whatever experience or expertise you bring to the table is valuable.
