I have started my Career as a Sitecore developer. in a time span of 2 Years, I have worked on Sitecore 9, Sitecore 9.3, Sitecore 10, and Sitecore 10.3, Sitecore Headless, Sitecore CDP, Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore Search. I have a very good understanding of Sitecore .Net architecture as well as Sitecore Headless Architecture.

I have given 6 pieces of training to my juniors related to Sitecore Search, Sitecore Headless, and Sitecore .Net App. I have also explained its demand in the future and why we should learn this.
What encouraging words would you like to share with those new to the community and perhaps new in their career?
Sitecore is now SaaS based Service. its deployment is not taking time so much. it is always updated with the market's best technologies. Sitecore search is similar to Google search.
