I should be selected as a Digital Experience MVP because of my commitment to advancing digital experiences through Sitecore's powerful platform. With proven history of successfully implementing and optimizing Sitecore solutions, I have constantly demonstrated the ability to drive overall customer satisfaction. I am constantly staying updated to latest technologies within and outside of Sitecore and have passion to share knowledge and best practices through webinars, blogs and sessions, which makes a best candidate for this recognition. I will keep contributing to the community and help elevate digital experiences for brands and users.

Presented in Sitecore User Group Conference 2023 on topic "Sitecore Send and Content Hub DAM: Streamlining Email Campaigns with Centralized Content Management" Presented in Sitecore Usr Group Bangalore meetup on topic : "Introduction to Sitecore Connect: Bridging the Gap between Sitecore and Rest of the Composable World" Blog posts on various topics like Best practices, Sitecore Powershell Extensions, Sitecore Experience Accelerator etc.
What encouraging words would you like to share with those new to the community and perhaps new in their career?
To those who are new to the community and just starting their careers, here are some points which I would like to share 1. Embrace Learning : Learning is a lifelong adventure. Be keen to learn new things, adapt to new technology and dont waste any opportunities to learn and grow 2. Knowledge Sharing : If you have come through a new topic or a new issue, even if it is very small, share it with your friends, community etc so that your sharing is reaching a vast group of people. 3. Set Clear Goals : Define clear, achievable goals for your career. Setting goals gives you direction and motivation to work toward something meaningful. 4. Learn from Failures : Bounce back from setbacks, obstacles and failures, learn from them and use them as tools for your success. 5. Stay Curious : Curiosity fuels innovation and creativity. Stay curious about your field, explore new technologies and ideas, and don't stop asking "why." 6. Be Patient : Success takes time. Be patient with yourself and your progress. Overnight success stories are rare. Keep working toward your goals, and you'll see progress over time. 7. Mentorship : Seek out mentors who can provide guidance, advice, and a helping hand. A mentor can provide valuable insights and help you navigate your career path. 8. Balance and Well-Being : Remember that a successful career should be balanced with personal well-being. Take care of your physical and mental health; a balanced life leads to greater overall success. 9. Networking matters : Building relationships within your community and industry is key. Networking can open doors, provide support, and lead to exciting opportunities. 10. Believe in Yourself: Confidence is a significant factor in achieving your goals. Believe in your abilities and trust in your capacity to learn and grow. Here is a quote from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, which I follow "Dream, Dream, Dream. Dreams transform into thoughts. And thoughts result in action".
