With two decades of experience, my passion for customer digital transformations is enhanced by learning from esteemed community peers. I specialize in Sitecore's products, driving thought leadership and shaping platform roadmaps, such as a successful PaaS to AKS to SaaS transition. I've recently architected a thriving Jamstack frontend for a SaaS headless CMS. Sharing knowledge is essential; I mentor, speak, write, and actively engage in the community. Ongoing learning is crucial; I'm focused on composable SaaS products and frontend tech stacks. My expertise, contributions, innovation, and commitment to learning make me a strong candidate for the Digital Experience MVP title.

I volunteered to be a mentor in the Sitecore MVP program and I am helping my mentee navigate their MVP journey for the upcoming year. Along with my mentee, I spearheaded the establishment of his new "Voice of Success" YouTube podcast channel. This helped drive the benefits of Composable SaaS and accelerated the thought strategy in the area. Initiated a new Sitecore platform improvement for Content Hub that will eventually benefit all customers and users via engagement with Sitecore Support. - Ticket details "FRM-1213 Expose cache control expiration for public links via customer configuration". As part of being a Sitecore customer, I initiated discussions to establish a Sitecore QBR with added focus on "'Gaps / Scope for improvement section.' E.g We are using the platform but we are not leveraging a key capability within the platform that is available to us. Identify this opportunity and suggest next steps in ingest into our workflows. "
What encouraging words would you like to share with those new to the community and perhaps new in their career?
The digital experience field is in constant flux, so never cease your learning journey. Maintain your enthusiasm for growth. Remember, sharing knowledge is a two-way benefit for you and the community. Forge strong collaborations with peers and mentors; don't hesitate to seek guidance or answers. Oftentimes, someone has already addressed the problem you're tackling. Embrace risk-taking and view failures as stepping stones to success. Clearly define your goals to stay motivated and focused. Above all, have confidence in your capabilities, trusting that you possess the qualities needed for success in your domain of expertise.
