What encouraging words would you like to share with those new to the community and perhaps new in their career?
Don't be scared to make errors. Everyone makes errors, particularly while learning something new. Don't let your fear of failing to stop you from taking chances and attempting new things. Learning and starting is much better than quitting without trying.
